It’s all very well saying you can do this alone. However, imagine everyone having the opportunity (including the MD) to step back, reflect and be asked our so called ‘BIG’ questions.
Strategy Day
What does it involve?
You’ll be invited to Evolve in Poole or an agreed venue for a day of exploration, insight and ideas.
After opening with the ‘BIG’ questions, you’ll be reflecting on your strengths, weaknesses, competitor analysis and looking at strategic options for growth.
Who is it for?
The process is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses who have been trading for two or more years.
Typically, our clients will employ ten or more staff.
What are the benefits?

How much does it cost?
From £1250 + VAT.
This will vary depending on the size of business and complexity of the review.
