Growth Groups with Evolve

Evolve is delighted to have the opportunity to partner with twenty businesses of high growth potential through the Growth Group initiative, funded by the Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership. In particular, those who work in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, marine, maritime and defence.

It includes one-to-one coaching and group sessions, which explore strategic growth, funding for growth, leadership for growth, internationalisation and so much more. The programme starts in October 2022 and runs to March 2023, with 15 hours of contact time. It’s about exploring and reaching your potential.

What will I learn?

The programme starts in October 2022 and finishes in March 2023, delivered over 15 hours which equates to 3 hours per month. It is hosted in-person at a central location in Dorset.

There is no charge to participating businesses, the programme is being funded by the Dorset LEP as part of their plans to create economic growth.

Warren Munson

Founder of the multi award-winning tax and business advisory firm, Inspire, creator of the exclusive membership community for entrepreneurs and business leaders, Evolve, and author of ‘Evolve to Succeed – The Entrepreneur’s Journey’.

A forward-thinking, innovative, and sometimes disruptive industry leader, Warren’s own personal journey, together with his deep industry knowledge and experience working with an array of entrepreneurs and business leaders, gives him a unique insight into what it takes to succeed – both personally and professionally.

Warren’s role has been to act as a sounding board and to be an individual that challenges and coaches its clients. Since the formation of Evolve this has developed further in the delivery of peer groups and one to one coaching services.

He is a qualified accountant, chartered tax advisor and has considerable experience in successfully working with high growth businesses. As an example, he spent over 10 years as a non-executive director with Aish Technologies to support implementation of their growth strategy from £7 to £15 million and resulting exit.

He will be supported by expert speakers to create an engaging and well-rounded programme of support.
