Caroline has a background as a Senior Financial and Business Executive with experience across a diverse range of organisations that include FMCG manufacturing, supply chain, retail, public sector and professional support service organisations. She has led and supported significant business change projects in the UK and EU.
Over 19 years as CEO of the Solent Business Academy and Stafford Rhodes Training and Development – a small but influential group of companies practicing in business services, such as consultancy, training and executive placements.
Caroline has extensive knowledge of working both strategically on boards and as a delivery partner. With an excellent understanding of Southern England’s Economic challenges both coastal and rural. Extensive experience and knowledge of working to resolve the skills challenges identified by enterprise and industry.
