Evolve, in partnership with Boost Lancashire delivers fully-funded peer groups and one-to-one mentoring. These will enable you to reflect and build plans to improve your business and develop your team. You’ll be surrounded by other business owners, directors and senior leaders having similar experiences.
Why…
Very few people would have predicted the latest challenges of the last few years – Brexit, Covid-19, spiralling energy prices and high inflation to name a few.
The resilience of businesses and their leaders is being tested like never before.
Encouraging leaders to share ideas, concerns, threats and challenges with a trusted group is a highly relevant and productive way of helping people make the right decisions to build a better business. Add accountability to the mix and this is an opportunity not to miss.


What it involves
+ Three one-to-one mentoring opportunities.
+ Six in-person or virtual peer groups.
+ Access to insight and additional support.
Who is it for?
Owners, directors and senior leaders of small and medium-sized businesses who have responsibility for driving growth and improvement.
Eligibility
To join, you must…
+ Work for an SME based in the Lancashire Council area.
+ Employ 2 or more people.
+ Be a member of senior leadership team
+ Turnover £100,000+
What is the time commitment?
It takes 21.5 hours, over a 3 month period.
Group 1 – ‘What Next?’
Following the uncertainty of Brexit, Covid-19 and now recessionary factors, it’s difficult to take control of your own future, understand ‘what’s next’, and build strategic plans. However, it’s vital these questions are answered.
This group will focus on the BIG questions and enable you to create a strategic plan for the years to come.
Where?
Online via Microsoft Teams, joining instructions will be sent prior to each session.
When?
9:15-12:15

- Wednesday 15th March, Planning for Growth
- Wednesday 29th March, Change Management
- Wednesday 19th April, Evolving Communication
- Wednesday 10th May, Understanding Leadership & Influence
- Wednesday 24th May, Building Resilience

What does a session look like?
Our typical agenda:
- Individuals discuss the good, bad and mad of their past weeks.
- Group discusses any particular questions for individuals.
- Evolve coaching & development session, each session will have a different topic.
- Create your goals and plans for the next period.
