Leaders Community – Peer Group

A peer group is a group of like-minded people who understand what it’s like to be a business leader.

The group shares its experiences and helps individual members develop their business in an open and trusted environment. Each peer group includes an Evolve coaching and development, where you’ll work through a well-developed programme of work books. Each peer group session will cover one workbook book in detail.

Our Leaders Community meets 3 times a year in a peer group format,  Evolve run regular peer groups in Poole which provide an ongoing opportunity to develop, gain personal insights and inspiration to work on your business.

The morning includes;

+ Coffee & catch up in a peer to peer environment

+ Individuals discuss the good, bad and mad of their past 4 weeks

+ Group discusses any particular questions for individuals

+ Evolve coaching & development session

+ Create your goals and plans for the next 4 weeks

+ Lunch & discussion
