Evolve was founded on the belief that when like-minded people come together, great things happen. This is at the core of what we do.
Since its official launch in early 2019, Evolve has created a thriving community and become a trusted partner and ally in guiding business leaders, entrepreneurs and their teams on their personal and business journeys.
Our coaches and facilitators chair and provide insight on opportunities, ideas, problem-solving, accountability and assist with all aspects of personal and business growth for our peer group, one-to-one coaching, and team development clients.
Evolve’s highly experienced coaching team have hands-on experience of scaling and growing businesses. They understand the challenges of running a business and draw on lessons from their own experiences to overcome and advise on challenges and successes for business leaders at all stages of the business journey.
Warren Munson
Warren Munson is the Founder of the multi award-winning tax and business advisory firm, Inspire, creator of the exclusive membership community for entrepreneurs and business leaders, Evolve, author of ‘Evolve to Succeed – The Entrepreneur’s Journey’, and host of the Evolve to Succeed Podcast.
Warren’s own personal journey, together with his experience working with an array of entrepreneurs and business leaders, gives him a unique insight into what it takes to succeed – both personally and professionally.
In recent years Warren’s role at Inspire has been to act as a sounding board and to challenge and coach clients. Since the formation of Evolve this has developed further in the delivery of peer groups and one-to-one coaching services. He believes fundamentally in the power of being part of a peer group of like-minded individuals and acknowledges openly that he would not be where he is today without the support of those fellow business leaders who he has been able to share adversities, success and challenges with.
Steve Jones
Steve Jones is a well-known business coach, public speaker, trainer, facilitator and consultant. He is an expert at creating ideas and strategies that build businesses, drive revenue and improve business position and performance. He has a passion for making companies and their products the best in their category. Steve first gained his knowledge and expertise firstly by being part of the management team at Fitness First PLC, which went from a handful of health clubs on the South Coast to become the largest Independent health club chain in the world
Steve followed this by joining a successful international coaching company before becoming an independent coach and mentor where his main focus has been helping businesses and teams strategically grow.
Paul Bennett
Paul Bennett is a highly experienced coach and facilitator and was previously Director of Enterprise at Southampton Business School and Director of Executive Development Programmes at Henley Business School.
Paul is an experienced board member and strategic advisor to several boards in the public, private and third sector. Paul utilises his strong experience of client relationship management at executive level and good understanding of the current business environment and management challenges to develop strategic conversations translating operational and strategic issues into impactful and relevant learning initiatives. He is very much at the forefront of learning process innovation and has designed and delivered executive development programmes globally, in a variety of learning environments.
